DELIVERY

• Delivery is offered inclusive where stated to most areas of the Sunshine Coast. A $20 excess travel surcharge may be imposed for remote locations like Maleny; Crohamhurst; Cambroon or Beerwah.

• A minimum purchase of $150 is required when selecting individual items to qualify for delivery; there is no provision for collection.

• Payment to be finalised either prior-to or in-person at delivery; no order will be left at unattended premises without pre-payment.

• 24 hours notice is preferable for alterations to delivery scheduling; also please use phone/SMS for this.

INSTALLATION

• Inclusive installation assumes minimal site preparation &/or weeding.

• Aspect photos of proposed site are helpful for assessing Sun exposure.

• We recommend the install is watered every day for the first 2 weeks for optimal condition and setting of displays.
